I keep snacks and crayons etc. in zips in my car for the grandkids. God speed you on your trip.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16485042.post-1153945134279980512006-07-26T16:18:00.000-04:002006-07-26T16:18:00.000-04:00I love Ziplocs! I did NOT know, however, that they come with that lined writing area. I think I need to go shopping ;)

I do, however, already own the packmate bags. I am going to have very particular packing challenges, and will have to squeeze every centimeter that I can into my suitcases. I actually transported a twin size, very fluffy, down comforter in a packmate bag to deliver to my sister who had moved. Couldn't quite close the bag (and it took me and another sister 10 minutes to stuff the whole thing in the packmate bag), but it only took up about a 1/3 of my suitecase after that, not 3/4 of it. Packmates are grrrrrreat!

Love the packing. You did a great job.PinkDevorahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00806270908906377131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16485042.post-1153873994928116082006-07-25T20:33:00.000-04:002006-07-25T20:33:00.000-04:00Wow, I'm looking forward to packing now! Anyway, we were the only family who had our money broken out into the snack size/dollar bill size baggies broken down by fee (orphanage, medical, tips, etc.) Came in super duper handy when it was time to shell out some cash. Grab a baggie and go. Kid clothes: Baggied together so as to not have to search but so hard for an awesomely cute frock with its matching socks.

I'm so glad more of you exist out there.Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08560084795950503434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16485042.post-1153850544654372152006-07-25T14:02:00.000-04:002006-07-25T14:02:00.000-04:00Um, they make a 2 gallon size? Sweet!

Except.

Most of them leaked and re-inflated themselves. Second, once you open them up in China, how are you going to re-compress them? Need to chase down a cleaning lady for that. In Mandarin, no less.

But, you can't have too many ziplocs in China.Johnnyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16423885759708774960noreply@blogger.com
